-Video & Audio Recordings: As required by Texas law, we will make a full recording of the online notarization session.

-To schedule appointments and communicate with you.
-To verify your identity as required by Texas law (Section 406.110 of the Government Code).
-To create and maintain the required notarial journal as a secure electronic record.
-To comply with legal obligations, including responding to requests from the Texas Secretary of State or other regulatory agencies.
-For internal training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information:
-With Third-Party Service Providers: Such as the online notarization platform, payment processors, and secure storage providers, who help us deliver our Services.
-To Comply with the Law: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and comply with state record-keeping regulations.

4. Data Retention and Confidentiality
Texas law requires us to retain your notary records and a recording of the online session for a minimum of five years from the date of notarization. While the general notary record is public information, the portion of the audio-visual recording containing your ID card or biometric information is confidential and will not be released without your consent, a court order, or a request from the Secretary of State.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you. You may also request the deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligation to retain notary records as described above.
